Scones & Honey Butter

3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1 1/8 cup warm water

~ Mix and let rise 15 minutes.
~ Roll to 1/2 inch thick.
~ Cut into squares and deep fry.

Honey Butter:
1 large marshmallow cream
1 1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cup margarine or butter

Whip together and serve with scones.
