Burgers:
½ C. chopped green onions
1 Tbs. chile paste w/ garlic
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp. salt
2 pound chopped chicken or turkey
Thin Buns
1 C. onion and bell pepper sauteed
Grill burgers. Top with onions and peppers and 1 Tbsp. sauce
